Nazmul has over 12 years of hands-on experience in Private Equity and Venture Capital, with a strong track record across South and Southeast Asia. His 17-year career also covers Investment Banking and Corporate Finance stints, reflecting a deep commitment to driving growth and innovation in emerging markets. A Finance graduate, Nazmul is a CFA Charterholder and holds the CAIA designation.

Fumito, General Partner

Fumito has 15 years of experience in M&A and private investment, as part of his 27-year career spanning global business development, project management, Investment, and administration. Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully concluded deals exceeding US$ 0.5 billion in various capacities. He holds a Law degree and a graduate degree in Sociology.

Hussain, General Partner

Hussain has 15 years of experience in SME rating, credit underwriting, origination, execution, and monitoring. He has worked with leading SME finance institutions in Bangladesh, successfully executed ~US$150 million in SME debt transactions and currrently managing an SME debt portfolio exceeding US$500 million. He holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Marketing.

Tajul is a seasoned finance professional with over 24 years of experience spanning transaction advisory, SME rating, deal evaluation, and risk management. Throughout his distinguished career, he has overseen and executed transactions amounting to approximately US$1.0 billion, demonstrating a consistent ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and deliver value across diverse sectors. Tajul holds an MBA in Finance.
